Hey there! I am new here. I am trying to figure out a therapy option that works best for me. I figured I would give this a try.

welcome and hope you find what you are looking for ......
when you find a listener that fits can work but as people live are in different locals sometimes you get a response later and not as quick as you might like...
some people read in the forums and see others dealing with similar things and that can be helpful and you might find an nugget of wisdom in someones response......
some take the full on therapy situation i have found it is hard and many tial and errors in finding the right fit for a therapist too.
