Hi. One of my friends recommended this site to me. She said it might help me since I have bad social anxiety and have a hard time talking to people face to face. I thought it might help so here i am.

Hi Everyone, I am new to this and also new to counseling/therapy. I've recently gone through life changes and because of it I feel like I've developed anxiety along the way. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.
