These days I'm doing mostly ok. I think I'm having a significant case of seasonal affect depression. I've been really irregular on personal hygeine practices, not being very strict on food but not binging, and just neglecting duties around the house.

I would love to visit Canada or Japan someday.

Through searching the app store for a community to help that wasn't going to charge me 70 dollars a week for the pleasure.

Hi! I just joined 7 cups yesterday. I'm looking for someone to talk to about SAD too. I live in a state that has winter weather for about 6-7 months. I can already feel it creeping up on me. Maybe we could come up with some ideas together?
