Hello, I'm Paulina, I suffer of both depression and anxiety along with emotional detachment. I am working on reducing my levels of depression and then my anxiety and lastly my emotional detachment. I have been on 7cups for the last few months bt have been commited and I went through a dark patch this summer still trying to forget. Bye!
