@KarmaCircus Hey there!

Sorry to hear that you are going through a rough time. Invisibility can indeed be extremely daunting. Like walking on an iced lake with a blind fold. From my experience what helps in a time like this is understanding your own sanity in seeking the right direction. That helps build self trust. And if one can stay grounded to ones own reality even if it is visible and validated by no one else.. that gives immense peace and clarity.

Lots of love,

Pixie

Hi. My real name isn't important, here I'm Ayna. I've known this page for a long time, but only now became a Member. As the school year goes I keep getting more problems and I feel overwhelmed with all this, I honestly don't know how to cope with it. Nice to meet you!

@AynaElilo Hello Ayna ☺

In my language, Ayna means Mirror. So I think it is a wonderful name to choose.. crystal clear as a Mirror!

Indeed, school and the propaganda around it can be so very exhausting. My heart goes out to you.

Hope you find the direction you are seeking.

Hi there everyone, My name is Amro and I'm very new here. I'm trying to work on my anxiety and depression. I'm struggling with this for years but I never had the courage to come forward and be honest with myself and work on that. I'm super worried that the condition I reached now will affect my life and my family especially when I'm expecting a new baby coming soon.

Hello Amro ☺

First off ,congratulations for your newly upcoming family member!! It must be very daunting to anticipate a brand new baby. It's enough to give any sane person a few panic attacks. But I am sure you will do just fine.

Any person who has the strength to actually sit down and deal with their inner demons can never lose the fight. That might sound idealistic but it is something I completely believe in.

So I wish you luck on your journey and many adventures in life. Have faith in yourself.

Hi I'm Bobbie.Ive been struggling with anxiety lately. In the past, Ive been diagnosed with PTSD. But, I'm not sure whats going on. I know that I'm not feeling great about my situation right now. I don't if its just me or my quick emotional action. Could be all in my imagination. I'm not sure. I can't trust my judgement anymore

@bmead43 Hi Bobbie,

Losing discernment is definitely not a nice place to be in. It's like losing the ground you are walking on. I hear you , my friend.

When one cannot trust their own judgement how can one trust anything at all? It's like your core has been shook.

But one can hope. When all is lost.. the only thing that stays like a lifeline is hope.

So do not lose hope dear friend. Hold on.

Perhaps it helps to know that no one truly knows what the future holds? Uncertainty can perhaps be a saviour in the fluid world of endless possibilities.

@Roadrunner2718 Hi,

Yes it does. I feel like I'm on the outside looking in. I'm misplaced and not the person I was, so Ive lost myself along the way. Now, my time is spent trying to control anxiety and emotions. Thank you friend for the post

@Mindy1021 Hi I'm Bobbie

PTSD is difficult to manage, especially, if you are doing it alone. Panic attacks suck and the trembling is embarrassing. It is for me anyway. The heart palpatations make you think your heart is going to blow up and then you have shortness of breath. The depression will drill a black hole in your soul. Then, you wake up one morning, look in the mirror and you dont reconize yourself anymore. I know how you are feeling and my heart goes to you. Hang in there

My name is Damian, I'm 15. I don't know if I'm a sociopath, or just have depression and emotional numbness, but I definitely go through depersonalization and derealization, lack *normal* empathy and have trouble connecting to other people, I pretty much just don't form attachments no matter how hard I try, except for my dog who ran away a while ago. But I don't even care really that he's gone which is the messed up part. I have this issue where I'm basically addicted to killing animals, I want to get this under control before I one day jump to a human victim. It's like it's the only time I ever feel alive, and I cry and feel disgusting the whole time but it's so much better than whatever it is I feel all of the time. I've been banned from 7cups a couple times now, hoping mods will give me more time now. I don't like anyone in my family and feel like I can't tell these things to any of my friends, so I just talk to strangers online about it. I have one friend who I have opened up too and she *tries* to understand, but she's such an emotional person that I feel like I'm hurting her whenever I talk about this stuff. I don't hurt people I like, that would just be stupid.
