Am 50+, looking to connect with other, mature Listeners & Members who are struggling / have struggled with being an AoNP (Adults of Narcissistic Parents - Mom for me). I've also struggled with Ghosting from my religious family & my chosen Spirtual path. These struggles have resulted in a few behaviours that I need support with & would love to eventually support others with (we teach best what we've struggled with).

Hi everyone. I downloaded this app awhile ago but was too scared to actually talk to anyone. But now Im ready to try it again. Im having a little trouble using/navigating the mobile app, which is another reason I gave up using it before.
