New to 7 cups 
Hi, my name is Deb. I have never written a diary or joined in a support chat, but I have been really struggling with depression and loneliness recently. I don't know where to turn. I am new to the church I belong to and am struggling there too an d feel uncomfortable calling my pastor. I have never felt this alone.
@gregariousCup2732 hi deb .. i'm glad you are here ... and hope you can also reach out and talk to your pastor one day soon and that they are up to the task of offering support or if not them personally, then pointing you in the right direction. Meanwhile i hope the forums and chats here will help you feel less alone; and that you find a sense of belonging in your new Church
Very new, looking for support and advice. I need someone to talk to randomly about anything when I'm feeling especially suicidal so I don't do anything stupid.

hi, new here the other week ... and just finding my way around the group chats and discussions (thanks to some of those in the discussions i've been at, it's been good)
looking for support for a number of things including chronic pain ... and a long term listener would be great although for the 35+ category which seems to be harder to find from what i've seen so far - although any support/encouragement is appreciated

Hi. Noob too. Need help mainly with motivation. All I do is Sleep, eat, internet. No motivation to do anything and work is suffering. I'd go months without working. Help.
Just joined 7Cups. Maybe this can help me understand my purpose and raise my self esteem

I've waited to post on seven cups, because i wanted to learn ans seek on my own I'm happy to report that this app!!!it crashes a lot while using my phone bugs because i became a listener as well. 
i love love i really like kisses too can't go wrong with a good kids!
