Hey everyone! Accidentally stumbled on this website and I'm very relieved I did. I've struggled with depression and anxiety (they always seem to go together don't they?) for many years and I pray this website helps. I have a very hard time connecting with people. Even reaching out on this post is a monumental challenge. I don't know if I've always been like this and stress has amplified it, or if this is recent. I figure that whatever I do now will be healthier than remaining in the same slump I've been in.
