Hello, my name is Kennedy. I'm diagnosed bipolar, borderline personality, and PTSD. I'm currently in a pretty bad depressive episode and thought joining a community for mental health could be helpful. I'm hoping this will be a safe space to connect with people with similar issues and look forward to that. X
