You may be asking, “what inspired you to become a listener on 7Cups?”
- mental health has always been a huge impact on my life
- I want to be there for people who need someone to listen
- i understand the struggle of costly professional counseling - everyone deserves someone who will listen without having to pay anyone
- helping others brings me happiness knowing i may have helped someone just a little bit.

What brought me to 7 cups as a listener, was the thought of saving a life, as cliche and unreal it may sound.
Active listening, someone being there for you is so powerful. People here do be saving lives with their compassion!💛
