Principes of society are seriously wrong

You know society is f-up when 50% of people working in any field have family members working in the same field. Employers do not know what they are looking for so it is safest to employ someone you know. Where they judge you for not working when the reason is you had just been left out for not having any family member to employ you in a family or friend's bussiness. Where they judge you as competent or not only by how you look, what you wear and your demeanor.
