I was talking with my counselor about things I could instead of SI without being able to call hotlines or get on the computer in most situations. well, in those cases I could walk down to the firestation down the street, but when i can get on the computer i can get on this site.
So yeah... that's how i heard about this.

@radiostatic - Creating that list of options is a big step, and I think that 7 Cups can be one of many alternatives to SI. :)
