Tormented At 7 Cups

@TreaureSeekers3 Let me guess compassion corner? That place can be very toxic. That being said- 'they block me for no reason' well clearly they didn't think so. Bad things happen everywhere but that doesn't mean entire 7 cups should be reported. There are amazing listeners and members here, rely on them :)

I've similar stories by people about this place and that the way you get treated as explained is unfair and vile. As my experience yesterday it's changed my way of how I see 7 cups. I thought yes before it was supportive community but seems like the same problems with the trolls and lack of training with muting and reporting from mods and issues with listeners is still not getting sorted out. That's why I said overall 7 cups is a bad place now and most here probably agree. It use to be a supportive place but not anymore . If you had this problem like I did getting blocked then you will see what I am saying makes sense and sorry it happened to you. I want people to be aware of this place. Just those who want help and not them who just wanna come and ruin the site for others. That's what I want changed. I've also emailed 7 cups too .

Also as I don't think I am muted anymore apparently people in the chatrooms can't see my messages so I must still be muted but been told it maybe a glitch .Just me so I'm not trying to get that looked at .I've contacted nearly every mod here and said the same thing. I'm waiting for my email back from the 7 cups community.

• Sounds like kids, but particularly those that are neglected. What they said is not the truth. Kids do act dramatic and rude when they feel no one's watching and no one cares. That is their way of taking out anger when no one's educated them and when no one's loved them properly.

• The site does have some odd rules. Apparently, if you fight back, the moderator will give you warnings.

My suggestion, always take as many screenshots as you can. If you don't know how to on a computer - Alt+PrintScreen, then paste into Paint3D and save the image. That's what I do every time I see something odd on this site.

• I don't know if you can report the whole site, but I'm sure there's a way you can add to the good parts and change the culture.

If you hear people say bad things about anyone, ignore the bully, and be kind to the person who was the victim.

Listeners... yes, are a bit unsupportive. Supposedly, they are trained, but many definitely need more training. Not like professionals, but at least have some more awareness and knowledge... and some more proper grammar.

Some need more friendliness and unique words as well. Occasionally, they sound like they're using a generic Get Well card for a script.
If they block you for no reason, I know from experience that if asked for advice, they panic and don't say anything, so that is a possible reason. If they try getting your personal information, then write a bad review, and ignore them. I've seen listeners removed that way.

• I know reporting is not much, but that's all we can do when something terrible happens, along with raising awareness.

When something happens, show evidence, and calmly describe the event.

Don't hate the site. Hate the act of bullying. This world needs change, but things will get better.

Thank you for your post . Yes I've taken everything said into account. You are right . I can only agree but the site has to play some part in it. Yes more needs to be done. I'm not saying a quick but if people are saying this then you can only listen and think it's true .Some people's experiences been negative here and it's mostly what I mentioned .lack of training, muting, getting blocked for no reason, trolls and bullying. There needs to be structure.

Why did you ask what I am looking for on 7 cups? I as many others wNtw help and support for their issues. Someone who understands and going through same. We have different issues . Just we should get support for those and people to treat these issues differently whatever help the person needs . Same as supporting and caring .

@TreaureSeekers3 I'm so sorry that happened to you!! I would agree with you, there are a few things on this site that need to change. The concept is pretty good, but execution needs a little tweaking. Again, so sorry you had to go through that.
