Tumblr asked me if I was ok and I realized I wasn't
So, as I'm sure many of you know, looking up "thinspo" on tumblr brings up the message that says, basically as I don't want to look to quote, Is everything ok? Then below it has the 7 cups of tea website. After visiting this page many times in the last months, it finally got to me. Making me realize nothing was ok, much less everything.
@CinnamonDolle, we're really glad you're here. Sometimes we can go through life, not really questioning anything at all, until someone (or something) asks the simple question: "Are you okay?" That's when you start thinking introspectively; Am I really okay? What am I doing?
I'm glad you took a look at yourself and found yourself here; we have a lovely community waiting to hear you out. <3

I first went to www.imalive.org but what they had wasn't what I really needed and they had a link to 7 cups of tea. I was scared to come here at first but I looked back at the screen and just clicked the link and I'm grateful I did.
Got the same message when I searched for "depressed". one thing i think is sad though is the fact that it does not come up wheyou are on your phone..

I'm so glad you all found 7 cups, whether it was some other way or just looking something up on tumblr. Everything happens for a reason.
I remember been searching for depressed posts, and this question came out "Everything is ok?" I noticed that whenever anyone asked me the same thing, my automatic response was yes, everything is fine. actually It wasn't. So I clicked the 7 cups of tea link, and here I am, feeling much better than then.
I'm glad Tumblr redirects so many people who need support and they receive it here.

When I was on tumblr, I first looked up "I'm falling apart" amd shared a few things then I went to search up "broken" amd tumblr brought me here, and made me realize that I was not okay. I really appreciate that tumblr does that, it helps alot ;w;
Tumblr is also how I discovered 7 cups. I was going through a rough phase and when the page "are you ok?" appeared, it just made me cry, so like you, I decide to give it a try because, well, nothing was really ok. I'm glad I did, I can help people who need it.
