My name is Kat, I'm 26 but will be turning 27 on 6/28. I always struggle a lot around my birthday and had a really bad day today and broke down some. I don't have money for proper help so I'm hoping that even just a support group of some kind can help me even a little. I've been struggling with major depression since I was 8.
