No not really. Im really struggling at the moment and the listeners that have been put in contact havent really helped so maybe this isnt the site for me. Im really not coping too well x

Right, I'm really sorry to hear that. Maybe it's because you might need something more than just a talk about your feelings etc? If you need advice then listeners can't really help you with that, although you may be able to find some really helpful advice on the helpguides here! If not then I can recommend some sites that might be more useful.

The listeners i have spoken to havent really even just spoken to me. And 1 just pestered for my phone number. Im just struggling with my anxiety at the moment and its making me quite ill. If you can recommend any sites or anything that would be brilliant. Thank you x

Maybe can message you but when I'm online but if you tell me when your be online I can come online and you can connect to a listener and I will answer it for you. I don't know where you live but when will you be online as time difference is the thing?
