Hello everyone! My name is Liz, and I’m new here. I first joined 7 Cups in 2014 because I was having a rough time, and this time I remembered to seek help before it got too bad, so here I am! I'm struggling mostly with anxiety and avoiding behaviors. I am seeking a community and want to learn from others. I’m looking forward to connecting with others and learning new coping strategies; perhaps my experience can also help others. Thank you for welcoming me! I wish you all a wonderful day!

I remember seeing 7 Cups way back in middle school, and I think I remember trying it out as a member way back when. Now I'm in college, and I've become the listener. Funny how life circles back like that. I'm happy to be here though. :)
