Thank you for this! My biggest fear is vomiting. It affects my life and interrupts certain activities which I would somewhat like to take part in, for example eating with other children and travelling on boats and rollercoasters ect. 7 Cups has helped me for the last 2 years now, and I am incredibley proud to be a part of our amazing community!

@SimonTheGr8 For the boats and roller coasters, I would suggest Dramamine or those pressure point bracelets for motion sickness. For eating with others, eat SLOWLY, or talk to your Doctor about anti-nausea medicines. My daughter goes through the same thing. Good luck to you!

My biggest fear is death, not my own death but a siblings or parents death... I mean how will I continue life without them? When my entire life is based around them and the reason why I still have hope on this earth is because of them?

@fairmindedCherry3067 Hi. I'm the middle sister out of 3, all 3 years apart. Or I was. I lost my older sister on 4/29/1994, in a car accident when I was 20, just 6 weeks after she had gotten married. It was one of the hardest things I ever went through. I don't even remember the few weeks just after it happened. All I know is I kept putting one foot in front of the other, and after awhile, the pain began began to lessen, and memories could come with a smile and less tears. I am thankful that I was old enough to develop a REAL ADULT friendship with her and we got to know each other in a way that my younger sister didn't. I'm sorry for her for that. I don't know what you believe happens after death, or about religion, but I think God works in mysterious ways. I gave birth to a preemie at 26 weeks the following March 2nd. She came home EXACTLY 1Year to the day on 4/29/1995 that my sister died, I believe, to keep my family busy and preoccupied, and remind us that even though one of us was lost, life does continue for the rest of us. I hope this helps you a little.

One of my biggest fears is losing control over eating. I try not to be so scared, but I am and it's controling me.

Hi. My biggest fear is dying and leaving my daughters. I had my first major strokes in 2001, followed by open heart surgery less than a month later. My daughters were 2 and 5. In 2002, I had 2 more surgeries. I was good until 2010 when a routine surgery went awry because the doctor made a mistake. That led to 6 more surgeries to fix it-hence the name RaggedyAnne. I have more stitch marks than her. Last year I had 3 more strokes. My older daughter has major anxiety and depression because of my health. She is Wwwaaaayyy to attached to me for a 20 year old. I'm scared for her if I die. My younger daughter keeps everything inside and doesn't even tell her friends when I'm in the hospital... What do I do for them? They already have therapists.

Thinking about how fragile life is and the horrible fear that would ever have to live a moment on this earth without my son.
