i have started working since 4 days and now i feel confident. you have to manage yourself because lots of people dont have problem they just come to talk.

Thank You! That was my first hour so I really started to doubt myself if I am prepared enough to be a listener. I still have not started even my first chat... I was learning whole time:) But I guess the best way is just to start.
