Hello everyone i am a 32 year old female/fiance/mother of 3 and my name is Erika and i battle with anxiety and overthinking as well as self doubt i have been in an abusive relationship for almost 10 years with my oldests Father and it took me a long time to rebuild my everything from inside out for years and here to meet like minded folks and make friends.

Life with anxiety and a never stopping brain that has a thousand things to throw at you at all times isnt always easy, it can get exhausting
add being a mom of 3, and just daily life tasks to it and it is already incredible that you are handling it everyday
but on top of that you have gotten out of and healed a 10 year long hurtful experience!
i am your biggest fan for that!
