i found 7 cups on tumblr too, and i'm really glad i did :) i think it was because i had typed depression in the search bar or anxiety
I've been having a horrible timeand no one to rant to except my best friend and she's no therapist, sotoday shewas telling me to talk to someone who was professional because she's tried a lot and I don't know what I'd do without herand sherecommended 7 Cups of Tea and hereI am.

I found it on the iphone App store when I was searching for "Online Support" for my anxiety and depression. Now I am a listener and 7 Cups has turned my life around. :)
