newbie intro
Hi, I'm Aaron. I've struggled with depression for around 8 years. I was a lot better for a couple of years, but since March of this year I've felt myself sinking further into depression again and I've struggled to find the energy to actually help myself get out of it, so this is me trying to help myself, by joining a supportive community.

like you, i also joined here a couple of weeks ago because i just wanted to start helping myself really, so i needed to find somewhere i can start, a support network, and so far, this community has been supportive and being here has helped me. i hope you find being here meaningful for you too.
