I was having a really bad night of anxiety attacks and depressing thoughts. So I was searching for an online support group and I stumbled upon 7Cups. It has really helped me look at life with a more positive point of view. I'm really grateful I found this sight.I love helping people with similar issues I have, It makes me feel good about myself. It gives me confidence and I have something to look forward to when I get home every day.
