Topic: Aging With Power

From the pressure to hit certain milestones by a certain age, to the fear of being "invisible" or "irrelevant," ageism impacts women at every stage of life. Whether you are 18 or 80, you’ve likely felt the weight of societal expectations about who you should be.

This week, we gather to challenge those narratives together. We will talk about the anxiety of "falling behind," the fear of what’s to come, and the freedom of realizing that wisdom, power, and beauty are not exclusive to any single decade. Let’s bridge the generational gap, share our unique perspectives, and redefine aging not as a decline, but as an ascent into authenticity.
