Our weekly Women's Circle is happening Saturday, September 26th, 2026 at 10 am EDT in the Support Session Room for adults on 7 Cups.

Topic: Redefining Success on Our Own Terms

Many of us carry a heavy, invisible checklist. We feel pressure to excel in our careers, nurture deep relationships, raise thriving families, maintain our appearance, keep friendships alive, and pursue constant personal growth. The expectation to "have it all" often feels less like an invitation and more like a demand, leaving us exhausted and wondering if we are falling behind or simply not doing enough.

This week, we gather to gently set that checklist down. We will talk about where these expectations came from, how comparison distorts our sense of progress, and what success actually looks like when we define it ourselves. Together, we'll explore how to move from striving for perfection toward choosing what truly matters to us.

Whether you are actively redefining your goals or feeling overwhelmed by the weight of trying to meet everyone else's standards, your experience is valid.
