My body

God didn’t make us perfect but we are in his eyes so why do we judge each other?

That being said we never know what the person standing next to us is going through. I’ve been bloated I’ve felt like crap, I’m getting pimples, my monthly is due so I’m also anxious and in and over my head, I feel over all nasty and yucky not even attractive. I’ve also got an eating disorder that I’ve been trying to work through so when I see someone staring at my stomach I get very self conscious about the way my body looks. Why do we do this to the people around us and ourselves? I was minding my own and eating my supper and someone close to me I noticed was staring at my belly, I keep thinking oh my god do I look like a cow? Given this person is from the generation of it’s not ok to have a little weight you must be tiny. I get it I really do but our bodies were not made to be perfect to others. Why is it that this stuff is ok? I know it cant be just me going through this pain. I’m sorry for my rant

@crimsonRaspberries1486

i hear your frustration but we cannot control others only how we react to it. I think when we are sub conscience about our bodies we may assume they are looking at areas on us we are sensitive to.

the greatest strength we can have is to accept ourselves flaws and all... and disregard the judging of others. It is more a reflection on them in beliefs that are flawed.   A person is not defined by size or being flawless... that is unattainable.

@crimsonRaspberries1486 sits beside you and hugs you tightly 💖 I think most people struggle with body image, so no sweetie your not alone in this💖 society unfortunately plays a huggeee part in this issue😥 but from what I've heard from you, you are beautiful inside and out, and those who matter will love you for you 💖 I picked up a little trick.... I also eat my make-up so I stay pretty on the inside too😂😂😂

*please don't really do that*

Girly I think I need a cigarette after just reading that! I have struggled with my body image and body dysmorphia anxiety anorexic and a little bulimia and so when people look at me it puts me in a very very bad position. I can't even look at myself in the mirror I can't even really take a compliment from anyone not even my wife not even any of my friends or best friends it doesn't matter who it is just know I suck at it and I refuse! I dropped from 210 lb down to 180 and people still look at me like I'm this colossal huge ginormous person and actually most of my body weight is muscle! Because I love to stay active as much as I can and for as long as I can so people can go eat some Play-Doh and hopefully it comes out of their nose and strings!
