This week I tried to be easy on myself, and accept that progress is not linear, and its okay to take breaks. How was your week, Faerie? :)

You're absolutely right when you say that progress isn't a linear journey. Having patience with yourself when that journey feels like it's not moving in the direction you'd like can be challenging sometimes, but worth it.
