Just so frustrated by biology. Mood changes and physical strength, energy, pain all fluctuating with these hormones. I have more acne in my late 20s than i did as a teenager. And the older women in my life like to tell me it only gets worse from here. Its not fair. Ive never been mentally stable but i at least used to be physically stronger but something got knocked out of whack in my body. This society doesnt  care about womens health.

@oliveSummer2705 I agree, not nearly enough effort is put on on women's health, but in terms of researching new solution and accommodating women's needs in society. For example, menstrual leave at work would be of great help to women who struggle with the pain.
The best thing you can do right now is Consulting a gynecologist to consider the possible options to deal with your issues, and if possible, surrounding yourself with people who understand your issues and are willing to accomodate your needs as much as possible. It may not be an option at work, maybe, but your personal life is another story.

@oliveSummer2705 I hear you, it’s so frustrating when your body feels like it’s working against you, especially when others don't offer the understanding or support you deserve. Hormonal changes and their effects can be tough to deal with, and it’s unfair that society often dismisses women's health struggles. Sending you support ❤️
