The Best Thing About Being Female

I love many things about being a woman. I love my natural strength, my high tolerance to pain, my long hair, and just the way I feel and think often times. 

I loved my ability to carry another life in me whenever I fell pregnant. The bonding was an experience I'll never forget.

Being a woman to me means being able to deeply understand and empathize with others, it's to have strong friendships with other women that are built on a mutual admiration, respect, and understanding. It's being able to create life and offer the world a gorgeous combination of softness and strength.

The way we’re treated just because we’re female is so horrible that there aren’t many things I can say I love about it. Our female bodies come with a lot of suffering too. But I am female, this is just who I am, and it’s not something you can really explain.
