Located in Birmingham, AL, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to providing essential support for individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome, along with their families and caregivers. Our Family Support team is committed to offering accurate information and comprehensive assistance at the pivotal time of diagnosis. Through our program, we provide vital resources such as parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management strategies, and guidance with Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
