Located in El Cajon, CA, Mama's Kitchen Type 2 Diabetes Nutrition Program is dedicated to providing free home delivery of three nutritionally balanced meals every day of the week to those in need. Our program focuses on meeting essential dietary requirements and utilizes medically tailored meals (MTM) alongside personalized medical nutrition therapy interventions to enhance health outcomes and lower healthcare costs within just three months. To participate, a referral form must be completed by a healthcare provider. Please note that individuals residing in facilities offering more than seven meals weekly, those with certain physical, cognitive, or behavioral limitations, and individuals with severe food allergies may not be eligible for our services.
