Women, Infants & Children (WIC) is a vital supplemental nutrition program serving El Cajon, CA, and surrounding areas in San Diego and Imperial Counties. Our mission is to foster healthy eating habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. WIC offers comprehensive support, including benefits for healthy foods, nutrition classes, individual nutrition counseling, breastfeeding assistance, and community referrals.
