Free Groceries is dedicated to serving low-income individuals and families in Palo Alto and surrounding areas of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties by providing essential food assistance. In partnership with Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, we offer free access to nutritious food at various locations, ensuring that everyone can meet their basic nutritional needs. Life can be busy, which is why we allow you to choose between fresh groceries or ready-to-eat meals, and select convenient days and times for pick-up. Some sites may require identification, so we encourage you to check specific location details. Together, we are committed to making sure that every community member can access the food they need with ease and dignity.
