The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant, based in San Diego, CA, is dedicated to providing critical support for individuals experiencing financial hardship due to diagnoses of chronic, terminal, or rare conditions, including cancer, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s Disease. Through our grant program, we offer essential utility assistance and grocery assistance to those in need, helping alleviate some of the burdens during challenging times. While the grant covers either utilities or groceries, we also collaborate with other organizations to connect our recipients with additional resources for comprehensive support.
