Community Research Foundation's Senior IMPACT program provides comprehensive behavioral health services and housing support for adults 60 and older throughout San Diego County who face serious mental illness and housing instability. Following the Assertive Community Treatment model, this specialized program delivers most services directly in community settings, ensuring clients receive accessible support when they need it most. The program guarantees housing within the first week of enrollment, addressing an immediate fundamental need while providing ongoing psychiatric care, medication management, substance use treatment, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Additional services include nursing care, assistance with daily living activities, and coordination of benefits. As a County of San Diego Behavioral Health Services funded program, Senior IMPACT welcomes Medi-Cal beneficiaries and eligible individuals, Medicare recipients, and uninsured clients, ensuring financial barriers never prevent access to essential care.
