Meals That Heal is dedicated to serving the San Francisco community by delivering hot, nutritious meals to homebound individuals who are unable to leave their homes due to disabilities or illness. Our compassionate team of staff and volunteers acts as a vital connection to the outside world, ensuring that those in need receive not only food assistance but also essential support through home visits. We provide meal and grocery delivery services Monday through Friday along with a weekend bag, catering to the unique dietary needs of our participants. Beyond meal services, we assess the physical and emotional well-being of our clients and facilitate access to further assistance, whether it be wheelchairs, social services, walkers, or other critical resources.
