The St. James Infirmary Syringe Access and Harm Reduction Program in San Francisco, CA, is committed to offering vital services for individuals navigating challenges related to substance use and homelessness. Our program focuses on promoting safety and well-being by providing clean syringes, sharps containers, and supplies for safer drug use to reduce the risks associated with injection. We also offer overdose prevention education, Narcan, safer sex supplies, hygiene items, first aid, and occasionally food and clothing to support our community members. While we operate with a limit on the number of syringes distributed to ensure a sustainable program, we are dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment where everyone can access the resources they need.
