The American Children's Cancer Benevolence Fund (ACCBF) is dedicated to providing vital financial support to families grappling with the challenges of childhood cancer, as well as to survivors within four years of remission in Old Lyme, CT. Our Grant Program focuses on alleviating the burdens associated with a cancer diagnosis by offering assistance for essential needs such as housing, utilities, food, medical treatment, prescriptions, and even funeral costs. We understand that every situation is unique, which is why we evaluate benevolence requests on a case-by-case basis, taking the current funds available and individual circumstances into account. To ensure support reaches those in need effectively, approved requests are directed to service providers on behalf of the families, helping to create a more manageable path during difficult times.
