MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Wilton, CT, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and connected to personalized weight management options that align with their needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer independent management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who face ongoing challenges with weight-related issues. To enroll in the MOVE! program and take a step toward a healthier future, Veterans can speak with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider.
