Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a vital free food assistance and nutrition program located in Honolulu, HI, dedicated to supporting low-income families during critical early life stages. Focused on promoting healthy eating habits, WIC serves pregnant and breastfeeding women, new mothers, and children under the age of five by providing access to supplemental foods, nutrition education, and breastfeeding support. WIC operates Monday through Friday, as well as on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, with special extended hours until 8 p.m. on the 4th Thursday, making it easier for families to access essential services.
