At the Food Co-Op in Indianapolis, IN, we believe in fostering community through cooperation and service. Our program, hosted by Brookside Community Church, invites families to become members by volunteering just two hours of their time. In return, volunteers earn a pantry pass that grants them access to essential food assistance through our food pantry. We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities, including contributions to Sunday Morning Services, maintenance tasks, organizing events, and support for our After-School Program. While we are dedicated to providing emergency food to those in need, ongoing assistance requires membership, ensuring that we can continue to serve the community effectively and sustainably.
