Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) proudly serves the Indianapolis community by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to eligible clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act. Our specialized meal program is designed by a Registered Dietitian to ensure that clients receive nutritionally balanced meals that cater to various medical needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We cater to all dietary restrictions, offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those enrolled in Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, eligibility for meal delivery varies depending on state and program specifics, while Medicare Advantage beneficiaries should check plan materials for coverage details. Additionally, for individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements, our self-pay option allows you to personalize every meal for a flat fee of $7.75.
