The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Indianapolis, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors with chronic care needs by providing comprehensive medical and supportive services that allow them to maintain their independence at home. Our program ensures that participants receive a full spectrum of care, including adult daycare, nutrition counseling, various therapies, meals, medical care, dental and vision care, in-home assistance, hospital and nursing home care, and transportation services. Though all enrollees qualify for nursing home care, only a small fraction actually reside in such facilities, as PACE focuses on delivering the necessary support to keep seniors in their communities. Funded through Medicare and Medicaid, our mission is to offer personalized, coordinated care that meets the individual needs of each participant.
