Located in Brighton, MA, The Teaching Kitchen is dedicated to empowering individuals through hands-on cooking classes that promote healthy eating and nutritional education. Our programs are designed for diverse needs, offering guidance on cost-effective, simple recipes that are tailored for specific health conditions such as diabetes, heart health, and weight management. We also provide engaging classes for pediatric patients and their families, ensuring that everyone has access to the essential skills for preparing nourishing meals. While in-person classes were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we pivoted to host live ZOOM cooking classes, inviting the community to share in the joy of cooking together.
