Program RISE, a vital component of JRI Health, is dedicated to serving the MetroWest area, including Shrewsbury, MA, by providing essential STI prevention, counseling, and testing services. We offer a range of free services to support individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, such as STI and HIV testing, harm reduction materials, safer sex supplies, support groups, food access, medical transportation, community referrals, emergency assistance, and personalized case management. Our mission is to ensure that everyone who walks through our doors receives compassionate care tailored to their needs. Currently, due to COVID-19, all services are provided by appointment only, but we strive to accommodate walk-ins based on availability. Safety is our priority; all clients are required to wear masks upon entry, and masks are available for those who need one.
