MOVE! Weight Management Program in Shrewsbury, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and provided with tailored support options that cater to their individual needs. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, in-home messaging through TeleMOVE!, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a more independent approach. For Veterans who have tried MOVE! but continue to face challenges with weight or weight-related concerns, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
