The Meal Support Program in Rockland, ME, offers inclusive, free meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program features virtual drop-in group meals, designed to foster a supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others facing similar challenges. With four daily meal support sessions scheduled at convenient lunch and dinner times, individuals have the flexibility to join as many sessions as their schedules allow. Each session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working toward their CNS certification.
