Meals on Wheels, part of Spectrum Generations, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of elderly and homebound adults in Rockland, ME, and surrounding areas, including Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Somerset, and Waldo Counties, as well as parts of Cumberland County. We provide essential home-delivered meals tailored to meet individual dietary needs, including health, religious, or cultural requirements. Our meals are typically delivered from mid-morning to early afternoon, with scheduling facilitated by our local Nutrition Coordinator. We believe that access to nutritious food should never be a barrier, which is why we welcome donations of any size, ensuring that no one is ever turned away for lack of payment. By bringing nourishment and care directly to those in need, we strive to foster community connection and well-being among our residents.
