Our Family Support team provides vital resources and guidance during the challenging moments of diagnosis, ensuring that families receive accurate information and comprehensive assistance tailored to their unique needs. We offer a range of support services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management strategies, and help navigating the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
