The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Lebanon, NH is dedicated to training and empowering the next generation of leaders who advocate for a just and sustainable food system. Through hands-on education, selected Fellows join a six-month immersive program at the Allegheny Farm Campus in Virginia, where they gain essential skills in organic farming, food distribution, ecological literacy, and community engagement. This fellowship promotes accessibility with no tuition fees and encourages collaboration with local non-profits to grow diverse crops, maintain community gardens, implement innovative health care education, and support farmers markets. By the end of their training, Fellows will embark on a Community Action Year, applying their knowledge to drive food access initiatives and mentor future cohorts, fostering a healthier, more equitable food system for all.
